We are seeking to recruit an experienced Office & secretarial recruitment Consultant to join our team
This opportunity would ideally suit a driven and confident Recruitment Consultant, who can work autonomously in a busy and fast-paced business.
Role & Duties
- Meeting with and contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs
- Managing offers and candidate onboarding
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Prescreening and interview candidates
- Using social media and digital channels for candidate and client attraction
- Organizing candidate interviews
- Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
- Strong recruitment experience ideally within an engineering or other technical environment.
- Third level qualification in HR, Business, and at least 3-5 years recruitment experience.
- Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and organisation skills
- Enjoys building client relationships
- Target driven
