A rare opportunity is available for a dynamic and determined individual to join our medical recruitment team.

You'll acquire an established desk with existing bookings, a strong base of active candidates and productive General Practice client relationships across Ireland.

This desk will enable you to book new GP locum placements and generate billings from day one. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be given the autonomy and empowerment to manage your desk in your own style to achieve success, while benefiting from the support of an experienced management team.

Your Capability and Experience:

As the best person for this position, you possess experience in a recruitment or sales role and a proven track record of strong results. You can quickly build rapport with candidates and clients and have the confidence to identify, present and deliver the best outcome for them, every time.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential to ensure you manage your desk effectively for the best results.

You are ambitious, determined, and resilient. You also enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and celebrating team success.
