We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiterto join our established team.

This opportunity would ideally suit an ambitious and confident Recruitment Consultant, who can work autonomously in a busy and fast-paced business environment.

Role & Duties

• Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
• Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.
• Developing and delivering end-to-end professional service solutions.
• Expanding your IT product knowledge.
• End-to-end management of recruitment process.
• Advising all levels of IT candidates/clients and working all sectors & verticals.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience sourcing IT candidates
• Software Development sourcing experience
• Sound understanding of IT market and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambition and drive
• High energy and tenacity
