Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience – Essential and desired

• Previous F&B experience within a high-quality environment (minimum 2 years)-essential
• Office role experience is a distinct advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Attention to detail second to none
• Naturally capable of creating and building strong relationships at all levels.
