Driving Recruitment Consultant

Seeking to recruit an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our team 

We are keen to hear from experienced Recruiters who have an in-depth knowledge of the Driving Industry.

Role & Duties

• Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
• Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.
• Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
• End to end management of recruitment process
• Advising all levels of candidates/clients and working all sectors & verticals

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Transport Industry Knowledge
