Role & Duties

Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.
Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
End to end management of recruitment process

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
