Construction Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our established team.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious and confident Recruitment Consultant, preferably with some previous experience working in a fast-paced, recruitment environment and Ideally have previous experience in a recruitment agency and have strong knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.

Role & Duties

• Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
• Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.
• Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
• End to end management of recruitment process
• Advising all levels of Construction candidates/clients and working all sectors & verticals

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Construction Industry Knowledge
