Accountancy & Finance Recruiter - Meath

We are looking for an experienced Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This opportunity would ideally suit an ambitious and confident Recruiter, who can work independently in a busy, fast-paced business environment.

Role & Duties:

• The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment process.
• Business development with existing and new clients in the Irish market.
• Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
• Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.

Requirements:

• Experience working within a recruitment consultancy in Ireland recruiting. 
• Be Self-motivated, organized, and have good time management skills 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be results-driven, confident, ambitious.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
